Baierl Ice Complex offers time for children to practice their hockey skills in an open-ice setting. Stick time sessions are broken into two age groups, 12U and ages 13-17. Please note that full hockey equipment is required for Stick Time. Click the registration button to view any upcoming youth stick time sessions.

Full-ice pickup games are not permitted during stick time. You can play cross-ice games, just ask an employee for an extra net to be placed on the ice.

Private instruction is not allowed during this time, but adults are allowed to accompany their children onto the ice. The accompanying adult must be over the age of 18 and must wear a helmet at all times. Adults are not permitted to shoot pucks during the session.

At this time, we are only accepting online registration for our Stick Time sessions. No walk-ins will be allowed. Each session is open to the first 25 registrants. 

Stick Times are only for the specified age groups. Skaters outside of the stick time age group will be turned away during check-in with no refund.

We have the right to request ID of skaters for age verification.
